It doesnt damage my hair as much.i have lots of layers in my long hair which kind of flick out but after using this straightener they sit down perfectly flat.excellent.

it is a really nice flat iron despite the price and it does a good job straightening my hair.I have the one that can curl your hair too ,but it does a horrible job with that.
